How It Works
01 Initial Consultation
We start with an email or call. I'll ask a few questions about the property, review public records and comparable sales, and provide a clear timeline and next steps.
02 Property Inspection
I visit the property to take measurements, photos, and document condition, upgrades, materials, and any features that affect value. This typically takes about an hour, and I'm happy to answer questions throughout.
03 Report Delivery
I analyze the data, compare your property to others a typical buyer would consider, and deliver a thorough, well-justified appraisal report, usually within 1–2 days.
