Meet Our Team

A dedicated, full-time real estate team serving the South Sound with precision, care, and a deeply personal approach.

We're Always Your Trusted Real Estate Advisers

Cascade Property Advisers was built as a natural evolution of Anders Ibsen Homes, expanding the same trusted principles into a collaborative, client-first team. While our name has changed, our standards have not. We intentionally work with a limited number of clients at a time so that every relationship receives focused attention, thoughtful strategy, and hands-on guidance from experienced professionals who practice real estate full time.

Every client engagement is shaped by Anders’ strategic oversight and professional standards, and supported by a dedicated administrative and transaction team that manages timelines, documentation, and details behind the scenes.

Rooted in years of service to the South Sound community, we collaborate closely to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience at every stage. It’s why so much of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals — and why our clients trust us not just for a single transaction, but as their go-to real estate advisers for life.
